The house was totally reformed in 2005. It has air conditioning and central heatingin all its rooms. At sunrise from any of its many terraces you can hear birds chirping and smell the freshly baked bread from the traditional wood burning stove in the neighbouring bakery as well as the perfume of the orange blossoms from the surrounding groves. At sunset in this elegant house, your senses will be activated by the star-filled sky and the peaceful atmosphere that emanates from the town of Benimeli, which is at the foot of the Segaria Mountain. El Llaurador is a rural house ‘a la cart’ since you may choose among the following options: If you wish, we can prepare breakfast and/or lunch or dinner for you, but if you prefer to make it yourself you can do so in the well-equipped kitchen. If you wish, we can organise outings for you with a company that takes care of everything, including transport, food, accessories and insurance. They even come to pick you up (if there are at least 4 people). If you prefer to arrange your excursions on your own there are also many possibilities: footpaths, bicycle-rentals, horse-riding, etc.. If on the contrary, you desire to be in peace and to relax in our house your wish can come true since you have at your disposal a physical therapist who can give you the massage that you need. In addition, you can make use of the jacuzzi found on the upper terrace overlooking the beautiful breathtaking surroundings. Furthermore, you can walk through our orange groves and pick your own oranges during the harvest season. |

| Dinning room. It’s connected with the kitchen and the living room without doors. There’s a traditional water well next to the window. |

| Living room. It has a chimney, a 35 inch screen TV, sofas and armchairs all purchased and installed in 2005. The walls show the original rocks from the old construction. |

| Hall. It’s large and has armchairs to read and relax. It also has two big windows with views of the town square. |

| Bathroom. With rustic decoration, it’s next to the hall and also has a window with views of the town square. |

| Outside patio. It’s quite spacious, and has a barbecue and a glass topped iron railed table with chairs. |
